New artificial intelligence system can quickly detect colorectal cancer
Scientists have developed an artificial intelligence (AI) system that can automatically detect colorectal cancer in less than one second. Researchers at Showa University in Yokohama, Japan, developed a computer-aided diagnostic system that uses an image (a 500-fold magnification view of a colorectal polyp) and analyzes about 300 polyp features after applying a narrow-band imaging (NBI) model.
Most of the traditional fruit peelers are hand-operated peelers, that is, the use of manpower to rotate the rocker to peel the fruit. The fruit peeler not only consumes manpower, but also has uneven peeling thickness due to different rotational speeds, and cannot adjust the distance between the blade and the fruit according to the size of the fruit. Therefore, in order to solve these existing problems, an for fruits is designed to realize the automation of fruit peeling, thereby making fruit peeling more convenient and fast.
According to the size of the fruit, industrial peeler machine for fruits are divided into the following types Industrial Peeler Machine,Vegetable Peeling Machine,Commercial Vegetable Fruit Peeling Machines,Industrial Peeling Machine,Industrial Vegetable Peeler Machines,Industrial Potato Peeler Kassel Machinery (zhejiang) Co., Ltd. , https://www.kassel-group.com
The system compares the characteristics of each polyp with more than 30,000 images for machine learning, allowing it to predict lesion pathology in less than one second.
Researchers studied 250 men and women, of whom colorectal polyps were detected. The AI helper system is used to predict the pathology of each polyp and compare these predictions with the pathology report obtained from the final resected specimen.
The team used real-time evaluation of meat using an AI-assisted system, providing sensitivity of 94%, specificity of 79%, accuracy of 86%, positive and negative predictive values of 79% and 93%, respectively, to identify tumors.
Yokohama Showa University stated: "We believe these results are acceptable for clinical applications. Our goal is to obtain regulatory approval for diagnostic systems."
Type 1: Large fruit peeler, which can be used to peel large fruits, including grapefruit, pineapple, papaya, coconut, large taro, cantaloupe, melon, white melon, watermelon, turnip, kohlrabi, etc.
Type 2: Medium fruit peeler, which can be used for peeling medium-sized fruits, about fruits with a diameter of 40-90mm, including oranges, tangerines, lemons, guava, grapefruit, kiwi, persimmon, apple, Pears, wrinkled papaya, etc.
Type 3: Small fruit peeler
