Actually, they are non-compliant road motor products, and the production enterprises have not handled legal vehicle production procedures. On the one hand, low-speed electric vehicles solve the motorized travel demand of some people. On the other hand, its disorderly development also brings a series of negative problems, especially because it is not managed according to motor vehicles, unlicensed, unlicensed, retrograde, red light, etc. Driving behavior is widespread, disrupting normal traffic order and affecting road traffic safety.
