There is a trend to replace the large heavy pumping units in shallow well and middle-deep well.Coalbed methane gas,commonly known as coal formed in the formation process of a kind of unconventional natural gas.Compared with traditional oil and gas,coalbed methane generation condition is more special,mining methods are different with the traditional oil and gas.Based on the special status of coalbed gas,the company developed a permanent magnet direct drive screw pump frequency conversion motor ground system.The system consists of flameproof magnetic frequency conversion motor and intelligent integration device of frequency conversion control cabinet,is our company for CBM materials based on the research and development of a new type of integrated products.The system adoptes the vertical hollow shaft of high efficiency permanent magnet direct drive screw pump frequency conversion motor screw work,remove the reducer parts,reduce the energy consumption,reduce the maintenance cost;At the same time the well from wellhead sealing device moved to the top of th motor,make the maintenance more convenient and simple.Applicable oil condition:The Screw Pump can be used forlow viscosity crude oil,heavy oil,high freezing point oil,high wax oil,high sand oilhigh gas oil.Â
