Nearly 100 small boilers in Harbin started demolition

The reporter learned from the second plenary session of the Harbin City Heating Project Leading Group that Harbin planned to demolish and rebuild 488 small boilers this year. Up to now, 94 small boilers have been signed and demolished, and 16 small boilers have been successfully dismantled.

At the same time, Harbin will adopt the “remove small and big” approach to build large-scale regional heat sources and dismantle and disperse small boilers; for small boilers where the central heat source radiation is less than the area, encourage the adoption of technological transformation, application of clean coal technology and Wastewater source heat pump and electric heating film and other clean energy substitute small boilers. For small boilers that do not comply with government requirements and refuse to be connected to the network for various reasons, such as industrial enterprises and commercial services, they must be seized and reformed in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and refuse to implement the task of dismantling small boilers. The unit will be given public exposure. In addition, various departments in Harbin also have to do a good job in the statistics of the idle boiler room and the use of the boiler room after the demolition of the small boiler in the area, and register the work, and use the unused boiler room for public welfare or community housing.
