Multistage centrifugal pump test and acceptance process

Multistage centrifugal pump structure is more complex, wearing parts and more precision requirements, in order to prevent failure, resulting in undue losses, before the test should be carefully examined. When testing to be fully prepared, strictly abide by the operating procedures, and test run by the operator, once the test fails, should be immediately ruled out. Similarly, multi-stage pump in the operation of the fault should be promptly excluded. The test pass qualified, functioning properly, before they can apply for transfer procedures, put into production use.
(A) multi-stage pump test machine before the test preparation (1) inspection records, maintenance quality inspection requirements should be consistent with the overhaul, maintenance records confirm the correct data correct.
(2) Check the lubrication, if not meet the requirements, promptly replace or add lubricants.
(3) cooling water system should be smooth.
(4) No heavy disc brake uneven feeling, no noise, packing gland is not askew.
(5) before the start of the hot oil pump must be warm pump, preheat heating rate is not higher than 50 ℃ per hour.
(B) multi-stage pump load test to complete the empty load test, multi-stage pump performance indicators meet the technical requirements for load test, load test steps are as follows.
(1) crank and open the cooling water.
(2) filling pump.
(3) start the motor. Observe the pump outlet pressure, motor current and operating conditions.
(4) Slowly open the multi-stage pump outlet valve until normal flow.
(5) Adjust the flow and pressure with the regulator or pump outlet valve.
Load test should meet the following requirements.
(1) smooth operation without noise, lubrication cooling system is working properly.
(2) flow, pressure steady, reach the nameplate capacity or capacity.
(3) The rated lift, flow, the motor current does not exceed the rated value.
(4) normal temperature in all parts.
(5) bearing vibration amplitude: Working speed below 1500r / min, should not be less than 0.09mm; working speed below 3000r / min, should not be less than 0.06mm.
(6) The joints and ancillary pipeline without leakage.
(7) Shaft seal leakage should not exceed the following standards. Packing seal: general liquid, 20 drops / min; heavy oil, 10 drops / min. Mechanical seal: general liquid, 10 drops / min; heavy oil, 5 drops / min.
(C) the quality of inspection and acceptance in line with the requirements of procedures, maintenance records accurate and complete test normal, according to the provisions of the acceptance procedures, transfer of production.
