Schotter, Germany launches new training program

Recently, SCHOTTEL launched a new training program. Trainees can choose their own training time, training location and training content. The training scope has been expanded from individual product courses to focused in-depth training. It is the headquarters of Schotter Germany, or it can be the ship where the direct boarding trainee is located.
Customized professional training
The training program covers product and application topics. At the product seminar, trained technicians and maintenance personnel have access to the expertise of each Schotter propulsion system. In addition, the three target groups are eligible for further qualifications: automation specialists in electrical engineering, advanced workshop mechanics, simulators or ship captains. There are cases in various SCHOTTEL systems, and the latest training equipment is applied to enable trainees to deepen the theoretical knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering.
Fully flexible new concept
The commonality of all training courses is the effective learning of the sub-groups. The course instructors are experts with many years of experience and can guide the trainees to train and use the equipment in the simulated practice scene. Depending on the trainee's interests and time, different training topics or on-site training can be selected. The training at the Schotter headquarters, in addition to a full range of training services, includes accommodation and a visit to the world's most advanced marine propulsion system production plant in Doerth, Germany.
SCHOTT's training courses
Since 2011, Schotter College has been helping certified crew members expand their expertise. As the training needs continue to increase, SCHOTTEL has adapted the training modules, but still has enough tailored packages.
