The application of unbalanced model is more extensive. This new model abandons the traditional model and directly uses mass transfer and heat transfer rate equations to characterize the transfer process between the two phases. The full-featured CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) software can accurately calculate and describe the flow field in the separation device, deepen people's understanding of the mechanism of phase transfer process, and provide important information for equipment enhancement and amplification. Advanced testing technologies such as LDV (Laser Doppler Velocimetry) and PIV (Laser Imaging Velocimetry) applications have made research from macroscopic, average to microscopic and instantaneous development, providing conditions for multi-level and multi-scale research in chemical industry. Provides a powerful tool for strengthening the chemical process.
In addition, Internet-based process simulation systems are also rapidly developing. This technology has been applied to coupled separation technologies such as catalytic distillation, membrane distillation, adsorption distillation, and the like.
