The fuel is sent to the fuel filter by the oil pump, and the filter oil is removed by the paper filter to remove the impurities in the fuel. The inner cavity of the cylinder then passes through the oil collection chamber on the filter seat to the injection pump. The filter seat is provided with an oil return connector and a built-in relief valve. When the fuel pressure in the fuel filter exceeds 0.08 MPa (0.8 kgf/cm2), the excess fuel is returned to the fuel tank by the return oil connector. The connection of the low-pressure combustion piping should be in the direction of the arrow on the seat, and it cannot be wrongly connected. The sealing washer at the bottom of the filter element is installed in the spring seat, and the spring seals the sealing washer # on the bottom of the nut. The filter seat and the shell are connected by tie rods, and are sealed by an acorn ring. A bleeder screw plug is arranged at the upper end of the filter seat. In use, the user can loosen the gas screw to remove the air in the fuel filter.

The fuel filter is fixed on the body or the bracket with two screws. If the user finds that the oil supply is not smooth during use, the filter element may be blocked. At this point, you should stop to release the fuel, you can directly release the lever nut on the diesel engine, remove the external rake, remove the filter, then dip the filter element in gasoline or diesel oil and gently wash away the dirt with a brush. If the filter element breaks or is difficult to clean, it must be replaced, then installed as required and filled with clean fuel.
