Michelin establishes new joint venture in China, producing 15 million tires per year

The Michelin Group has signed a definitive agreement with Shuangqin Group Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Huayi Group - to establish a new joint venture in China - Shuangqin Group (Anhui) Huali Tire Co., Ltd. to manufacture and sell back Lifan cars and light trucks for the Chinese market Tires.

Shuangqin Group (Anhui) Huali Tire Co., Ltd. is located in Wuwei County, Anhui Province. The total investment of the project is 3.5 billion yuan, and it is estimated that the annual output will be 15 million tires for cars and light trucks.
