Small sand production line process

The small sand production line is mainly composed of vibration feeder, jaw crusher , high-efficiency fine crusher, circular vibrating screen and tape conveyor. The manufacturing process of the sand making line is complicated, and the small sand making line is not a single device that can do all the work, nor is it a fixed number of equipment. However, the equipment required under normal circumstances is similar, but the choice of the size and model of the equipment needs to be selected according to the specific production process. According to different process requirements, various types of equipment can be combined to meet the different requirements of the size of the discharge.

The bulk material is crushed by the vibrating feeder into the jaw crusher, and the kombu crusher is conveyed. After the round vibrating screen is sieved, if the specifications of the high-efficiency fine crushing feed are met, the stone enters the fine crusher. Sanding is carried out. If the broken material specification does not match the return and break again. The material from the sand making machine equipment is transported to the vibrating screen for screening. The sand and gravel mixture that does not meet the specifications shall be transported to the fine crushing machine for re-sanding. The sand that meets the specifications shall be transported to the sand washing machine for cleaning. The finished conveyor is transported to the finished sand pile, which is the finished sand.
