The mining method of the 2240 ore block of the Shirenyu tungsten mine is mined by a vibrating miner. The mining object is a black tungsten- containing quartz vein with an average thickness of 0.77 m. The expansion is large and the branching is consistent; the inclination is 75° to 85°; the average grade is 0.93%, but the distribution is uneven, and there is a local sand pack. The ore is stable. The surrounding rock is mainly composed of black thin layered slate slate , which is hard and stable, and has obvious contact with the vein. There are 8 small faults in the ore block, and the stability of the rock is partially weakened.
The stope structure is shown in Figure 1.

The east and west ends of the ore block are staggered by faults, and the length is limited to 66m, the stage height is 40m, and the bottom column is 3m high.
The bottom structure is funnel shaped, as shown in Figure 19-22. A wooden funnel is installed next to the patio at both ends of the ore block, and other leaking ports are equipped with vibrating miners. A total of 9 sets are installed with a spacing of 6 to 6.75 m. The vibration table mounting angle α ≤ 15 °.

The qualified blockiness of the ore is 0.4m, and the minimum release angle is 55°. Therefore, the height of the eyebrow line is 0.8m, the angle of the eyebrow is 50°, and the depth of the embedding is 0.7m.
The miners were reduced from 3 persons in the mining funnel of the wooden funnel to 2 persons; the mining efficiency was increased by 2.5 times; the filling factor of the mine was increased from an average of 0.75 to 0.95; the consumption of pit wood was reduced from 0.004965 m 3 /t to 0.003137 m. 3 / t. After the final mining of the stope, the miner has not suffered losses and has been moved to another stop.
