1. Difficulties or insufficiency in oil absorption caused by filter clogging; cleaning or replacing the filter element.

2. The working oil is not satisfactory or the viscosity of the oil is too high; replace the low viscosity hydraulic oil.

3. The fluid level of the fuel tank is too low and the air on the oil surface is sucked into the pump; add the same number of hydraulic oil.

4. Intake or blockage of the suction line; check tightly, do not inhale air.

5. The rigidity of the mounting bracket of the pump is insufficient, and vibration and noise may occur during operation;

6. The connection between the input flange and the universal joint shaft, the connection angle between the universal joint shaft and the power take-off device is too large and loose, and noise will be generated; check the tightening.

7. There is a bonded concrete stock in the tank and it must be cleaned.
