Asbestos mine in Sichuan Province County, built a roughing station and three beneficiation plants. The ore mined in the underground is crushed by the roughing station-hand selection-screening process. After pre-concentration, it is supplied to the first and second concentrating plants, and the open-pit mining ore is directly supplied to the third concentrating plant.
The length of the asbestos fiber in the ore is 0.5~10mm, the maximum size of the underground ore is 400mm, the moisture is 4%~6%, and the grade is 1.0%~2.5%.
The process and equipment of the three concentrators of the mine are basically the same, and the process flow of the second workshop of the first plant is shown in the following figure. In the process, the three-stage crushing and uncovering cotton is used, and the impact crusher , the vertical shaft Hammer Crusher and the cage crusher are respectively used, and the three-stage sorting adopts the plane rotary sieve and the plane shaking sieve suction selection, and the coarse fine cotton selected in each section is selected. The three streams are divided into hexagonal sieves and small flat sieves for dust removal and sand removal. Drying is carried out using a cylinder dryer. The first stream produces long cotton (Class II), the second stream produces medium long cotton (Class III-IV), and the third stream produces short cotton (Grade V).

The design capacity of the mine is 15000t/a, the mine has a grain size of 500mm, the ore grade is 1.38%, and the ore water is 5.08%. The size of the ore in the selected workshop is 50mm, the selected grade is 2.42%, and the moisture in the selection is 2.00%. The grade of tailings is 0.5%, the grade of tailings is 0.31%, the recovery rate of ore is 90.31%, and the yield of Grade IV or above is 15.19%.
