At 9 am, under the guidance of factory technicians, power plant operators carefully adjusted the neutralization ammonia concentration, the metering pump stroke and frequency according to the pH value and conductivity of the demineralized water, and determined the best fitting point. After 8 hours of meticulous work, the indicators of desalination water and metering pumps all reached the optimal working status, indicating that the ammonia plant was successfully put into operation.
Previously, the workshop adjusted the pH value of the outlet water by adding liquid ammonia to the demineralized water. Although it can also play a role in reducing equipment and pipeline corrosion, liquid ammonia is potentially harmful to the human body and the environment. In order to ensure intrinsic safety, the workshop has been carefully studied and researched, and with the strong support of the relevant departments, the water treatment and ammonia technology reform projects have been launched.
