On June 11, 2012, the authoritative automobile magazine of the United States announced the 2011 list of the top 100 auto parts supplier suppliers in the world. CITIC DeKalb became the first and currently the only one of the top 100 auto parts supplier suppliers in the world. The company ranks 97th; Chinese companies are listed in the "Zero Record" of the top 100 auto parts in the world. They were broken by CITIC Dicastel. Since 2008, CITIC Dicastal has been the world’s largest supplier of aluminum wheels for four consecutive years. In October 2011, CITIC Dicar successfully acquired KSM Group, Germany's largest automotive parts foundry company, and has made new breakthroughs in product diversification. CITIC Dicastal has entered the top 100 global auto parts market and won honors for China's auto parts manufacturing industry.
