The Xi'an Tourism Bureau must also issue relevant regulations requiring star-rated hotels and restaurants to advise red-and-white wedding guests not to set off fireworks and firecrackers. The Xi'an Municipal Bureau of Education must step up publicity, education, and management of primary and middle school students. It is suggested that young people should not actively discharge or reduce fireworks and firecrackers during permission to set off fireworks and firecrackers.
