1: Vortex flowmeter has the possibility of on-site display or signal output in the absence of medium flow: poor grounding, causing electromagnetic interference; high-frequency interference from high-voltage equipment; excessive vibration of the pipeline; excessive sensitivity of converter design

2: After the vortex flowmeter is energized, there is medium flowing, but there is no on-site display or signal output. Main reason: the flowmeter hardware is faulty, such as the power supply line is not connected, the amplification board is damaged, etc.; the pipeline is blocked; the actual flow value is too small, Run below the lower limit of the flowmeter

3: The output signal of the vortex flowmeter is unstable, and the jump is very large. The main reason is: sensor hardware failure; strong electrical interference; pulsating flow or two-phase flow in the medium; the vibration of the pipeline; the gasket protrudes into the tube; The installed valve has interference; the medium is not filled with the pipeline; there is cavitation in the pipeline; the flowmeter is entangled with debris

4: The error of vortex flowmeter measurement is relatively large. The main reason is that the instrument hardware is faulty; the length of the straight pipe before and after is insufficient; the fluctuation of the power supply voltage is relatively large; the flowmeter is installed differently from the pipeline, or the gasket protrudes into the pipeline; The difference from the inner diameter of the pipe is too large; there is a two-phase flow or a pulsating flow of the medium; the pipe has a leak

5: Vortex flowmeter measuring tube leakage main cause: the pressure inside the pipe is too high; the nominal pressure is not selected correctly; the seal is damaged; the sensor has been corroded

6: The main cause of the whistling sound of the vortex flowmeter sensor is that the medium flow rate is too fast, causing the flowmeter to vibrate strongly; the medium in the pipeline has cavitation; the flowmeter is loose.
