Developed solar energy equipment that can also supply heat at night
â— Suitable for fine powder classification, grading product particle size up to D97:5~150 microns, product particle size stepless adjustable, variety replacement is extremely convenient;
â— High grading efficiency (extraction rate)70%~90%;
â— High precision classification, narrow particle size distribution, completely eliminate large particles and screen residue in the product;
◠Low speed, long service life, the same grading particle size, grading rotation speed than other horizontal, vertical classifier reduced by 50%. When producing powder with grass hardness <5, the grading wheel has no wear: when producing powder with Mohs hardness ≥7, the service life of the grading wheel is increased by 5~8 times compared with other horizontal and vertical types
â— Vertical grading turbine device, low speed, wear resistance, low system power configuration:
â— It can be used in series with multistage classifier to produce products of multiple granularity segments at the same time;
â— Can be used in series with ball mill, vibration mill, Raymond mill and other grinding equipment, forming a closed-circuit cycle;
â— System negative pressure production, no dust pollution, excellent environment, high degree of automation, strong stability, easy to operate.

Klaus Wahyan, an energy technician who invented the equipment, said: "The cost of producing solar energy from this equipment is extremely low, and other equipment cannot compete with it: it costs only about 1 Euro centimeter to produce 1 kWh."
According to reports, German researchers pay great attention to the combination of air collectors, water and gas heat transfer devices and solar collectors. Wayan said that it is important to use the surrounding air that is heated by the sun during the day. The air collector absorbs outside air heated to 45 degrees Celsius by sunlight, and the air sucked in the moisture heat transfer device can raise the temperature of the water to about 20 degrees Celsius. In solar collectors, the water temperature rises to 35 degrees Celsius by solar radiation. The water is then heated to 60 degrees Celsius in a conventional manner to deliver hot water to the residential building through a remote heating duct.
Wayan said that when the water temperature is also heated to 60 degrees Celsius, the solar preheating method saves about one-third of the fuel compared to the usual heating method. At night, solar equipment can also provide hot water, which has a production capacity of one quarter of the maximum production capacity during the day.
