Seasonal maintenance of Dongfeng Sprinkler

The seasonal maintenance is mainly to ensure that the Dongfeng sprinkler can operate normally in the winter and summer when the temperatures vary widely.

Seasonal maintenance items for summer season are:

1. Dismantle the Dongfeng sprinkler engine additional insulation device and check the blinds.

2. Clean the Dongfeng sprinkler engine water jacket and check the thermostat performance.

3. Put and clean the engine oil and gear oil of each assembly and add summer lubricants according to the standard.

4. Clean the fuel system, adjust the carburetor, and set the intake and exhaust manifold warm-up valve to the “summer” position.

5. Adjust the proportion of the electrolyte of the Dongfeng sprinkler battery, adjust the generator regulator, properly reduce the charging current and voltage, and clean the contacts.

6, open the oil radiator switch.

Seasonal maintenance items for the winter season are:

1. Install Dongfeng sprinkler engine additional insulation device to check the blinds.

2. Discharge the oil and gear oil from each assembly and clean them. Then add the winter lubricant.

3. Clean all the pipes of the Dongfeng Sprinkler's gas tank, fuel filter, carburetor and oil supply system to prevent frozen water from freezing.

4. Place the intake and exhaust manifold warm-up valves at the "Winter" position.

5, adjust the battery electrolyte proportion and generator regulator, increase the charging current and voltage.

6. Clean the Dongfeng sprinkler engine water jacket, check the effectiveness of the thermostat, and add antifreeze to the cooling water.

7. Turn off the oil radiator.
