Second, the equipment inspection before starting

1. Check the operation record before shutdown to understand the equipment operation status;

5. There is no leakage phenomenon in the feeding bushing of the feeding part and the discharging bushing of the discharging part;

6. There is no oil leakage or water seepage in the front and rear bearing bushes to prevent mixing of oil and water.

7. The main bearing temperature is lower than 60 ° C, and the return oil temperature is lower than 50 ° C;

8. Synchronous motor bearing oil level is suitable, the oil ring rotation is flexible;

9. Whether the air pressure of the gas storage tank is suitable, the working pressure should be 0.6-0.8 Mpa.
