Taigang Group Casting Plant is the largest domestic high-chromium cast iron mud pump jacket manufactured by Shijiazhuang Pump Factory. It has passed the strict inspection by the chief engineer of the factory and the relevant technical quality inspection department. All performance and technical indicators have met and exceeded the design requirements. The successful trial production of this product marks a major step forward for Taizhong Group on the road of new product development.
The casting is made of high-chromium cast iron with a gross weight of 17 tons, a maximum outer diameter of 4.2 meters and a maximum wall thickness of 0.11 meters. It is currently the largest mud pump jacket in China. The high-chromium cast iron mud pump jacket is a protective jacket for the pump on the dredger, which has the functions of wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The casting has special material, high technical requirements and difficult casting. Shijiazhuang Cement Pump Factory is very satisfied with the quality and technology of Taihe, and fully expresses the intention of continuously and too much cooperation.
