He said that Lubei Chemical has now established three circular economy industrial chains with independent intellectual property rights: ammonium phosphate, sulfuric acid, cement cogeneration, seawater and water use, clean power generation and salt production. "The key technologies in this area are solved through the combination of production, education and research."
