Joint Water Quality Monitoring Center established

The opening ceremony of the Joint Research Center for Water Quality Monitoring of the American Hash Company and the First Hash Scholarship Award Ceremony was held in the conference room B4-213. Professor Peng Xin, vice president of the South China University of Technology, Prof. Hu Yongyou, vice president of the School of Environmental Science and Engineering, and Mr. Zhang Jiangong, deputy secretary of the Party Committee; Mr. Zhou Xiangde, vice president of the Asia Pacific region of the American Hash Company, Mr. Li Mingyi, senior sales director, and the company’s unit Leading comrades also attended the unveiling ceremony.

Mr. Zhou Xiangde, vice president of Asia Pacific of American Hash Company, first introduced the company's growth history and innovative ideas, and fully affirmed the importance of the cooperation between the two sides, expressed the desire of the university-enterprise in-depth cooperation; a new principal of Peng Xin delivered a speech to the school. The cooperation of the enterprises showed a high degree of affirmation and full support. At the same time, combined with Hach's innovative ideas, it put forward requirements for the development of the college and the cultivation of the students, and placed ardent hopes.

Then Vice President Peng Xin and Vice President Zhou Xiangde unveiled in a friendly atmosphere the joint research center of water quality monitoring at the American Hash Institute of Environmental Studies, South China University of Technology. After the inauguration ceremony, a new principal of Peng Xin and Vice President Zhou Xiangde also awarded certificates to 15 winners of the Hash Scholarship. Three representatives of the winning students spoke and expressed support to the Hash Company of the United States and the hard training of the teacher. Sincere thanks.

Finally, Prof. Yongyan Hu, Associate Dean of the School of Environmental Studies of South China University of Technology, made a concluding speech for this event. He thanked the company's support and emphasized the significance of cooperation.
